This is the only place I have stayed where getting a drink is difficult, usually they try to serve you drinks until its annoying. While the food was tasty it took forever, how can breakfast take 45 minutes to make with four items on the menu (it was not crowded)? Our waiter was very nice and kept bringing coffee but it was too long. We went to the restaurant for breakfast and there were only 4-5 items on the menu. Unfortunately, the service is not very good. The beach was cleaned daily with very little seaweed on it afterwards. We had a King Studio Key West View room and it was clean, well appointed, and spacious. We have stayed here multiple times starting when The Reach was previously renovated over 10 years ago.
